One United Properties has acquired a 1.4295-hectare plot near Lake Tei in Bucharest to build a new mixed-use development named One Academy Club. The transaction cost ≈ €11.4 million, structured in part via compensation with apartments and commercial spaces.

What One Academy Club Will Include

The project will deliver about 150 residential units, along with 6 commercial spaces and 254 parking slots.

It will include community amenities such as a school and kindergartensports facilitiesafter-schoollibrary, and canteen.

Located on Radu Tudoran Street (parallel to Fabrica de Glucoză Road), the site sits near existing developments like One High District and One Lake Club.

Financials & Timeline

  • The Gross Development Value (GDV) is estimated at €50 million.
  • Construction and pre-sales are set to begin after securing building permits.
  • Final delivery is targeted for Q4 2027.
